Sales rep came promptly after my call to work with us regarding replacing our old windows. Friendly and courteous and helped us in our selection. Windows ordered and came in reasonable time. Install team did a great job and we are very satisfied. We also have windows from Window World in two townhomes we own.

We purchased windows in April, and the project was completed in September, which took longer than we anticipated. There were a couple of missing items along the way that caused some delays, including toward the final steps.
That said, the workmanship on the windows appears to be very good, and we’re pleased with the finished result. Our advice to others would be to allow extra time for the process and to be patient if everything doesn’t go perfectly at first. In the end, the quality of the installation made the wait worthwhile

I say that but also say be diligent. We were told 8 weeks ended up being about 12. I like the windows except for kitchen. Now that I got a chance to be critical the window is built pretty crappy. Silicone on the glass and frame. I mean it probably can easily be removed but seems like a big red flag to quality control. Installers did pretty good some spots have to be recaulked. They gave a couple tubes of silicone, 9 windows $8000 I really expected better. Overall I would say be there and tell them everything that you don’t like and have them make a note or fix before they leave. I give them a B- I know they don’t manufacture the windows but it’s their name and reputation.

I had a great professional relationship with the group. The office staff and salesmann was helpful and the installation staff was quick and efficient. We had a measurement issue but it was efficiently resolved. Hats off to Cody who stepped in to make it all turn out perfect. Shop around for what works best for you and be patient. Window World did a great job replacing my dining room window that was damaged from Hurricane Helene. It took a while to get the new window in but when it arrived they quickly scheduled it for install. The finished product looks great, we were pleased with the attention to detail.

Window World did an exceptional job replacing all of my wood windows and frames. My home no longer has hot and cold spots throughout and the UV prevention film, that comes on all their windows, really helps. The installation team was helpful and really efficient during my install, any issues or concerns were brought to my attention promptly. Overall, I will recommend Window World to everyone and I will return in the future if I need anymore windows.

I had a special-made window broken by the storm & Window World replaced it, matching the other windows perfectly.
Everyone I met at Window World was nice & friendly, but professional & answered all my questions. The girls in the office scheduled the gentleman to measure the broken window & after measuring, he promised to call when it was ready. He kept his word. They called & set a date for the installation. The installers were on time & reassured us we were going to like the finished product. They completed the task quickly & left us very satisfied with all our windows matching. We were amazed at the good job Window World did.
